Mit dem Album "Asleep In The Back" bin ich auf Elbow aufmerksam geworden und habe mir die CD zugelegt. Die Musik bewegt sich stilistisch im Bereich Artpop, Psychedelic und Alternative Rock. Die etwas rauchig, aber zart klingende Stimme von Guy Garvey gefällt mir sehr. Mit "The Seldom Seen Kid" kam für Elbow der Durchbruch. Herausragend gut ist das Livealbum "Live At Jodrell Bank".
