ROCK PLANET

1974 war für mich auch kein schlechtes Jahr (gab es schlechte Jahre in meinem Leben?), aber in Summe nicht so ergiebig was Platten angeht.
Einige Alben hab ich erst viel später entdeckt, aber dann ins Herz geschlossen (Genesis, Yes...).

Immerhin. Das Puhdys-Debüt hab ich immer noch (nur) als LP und ansonsten auch nur eine Best of-CD.
Das Montrose-Album habe ich momentan nicht (mehr), aber werde mir die 5-Alben-CD-Box in Kürze zulegen. Da ist Paper Money mit drauf.

Die ersten zwei Alben der Puhdys enthalten viele Perlen! Sie waren anfangs von Uriah Heep beeinflusst, haben aber diesen Stücken ihren individuellen genialen Stempel aufgedrückt. Ich sag nur: Türen öffnen sich zur Stadt.
